Effective in 2026, The Rye Water District has initiated new rates and a new billing system. The new rate structure has changed to quarterly billing and a quarterly allotment. The new rates can be accessed under the Customer Service tab on our website.
Existing customers who have signed up for autopayment or online payments through our old billing system will have to pay by check, or calling our office and providing credit card information over the phone or by stopping by our office during our business hours - from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally busy.
